All Regulated Return options are Fuel Bowl Delete for this package. 94-97 Old Body Style 7.3L trucks are not included here, because FASS doesn't offer fitments for this vehicle, and the FASS pump doesn't work with the fuel tank selector valve.

ALL listed FASS pumps are NO-DROP PLUS series. They feature the updated o-ring boss ports and INCLUDE a FASS fuel tank sump. FASS does NOT make a kit specifically for the E-Series vans. The Excursion kit can be used, but some modification/adaptation of the mounting bracket by the installer will be required.

BIGGER IS NOT ALWAYS BETTER!!!! FASS 140G pumps will support up to 250cc (7.3L) or 225cc (6.0L) injectors, depending on the maximum engine RPM. Moving to a larger FASS pump than needed may make sense if future injector upgrades are planned, or if you are running injectors that are right at the max for the 140G. Going to a larger pump with injectors that will never need it just costs more money with no functional gain.
