WARNING: The Spring and Red Fitting in this kit are made by FASS and approved for use in all FASS Titanium and Signature Series 125G & 140G pumps for the 7.3L or 6.0L. Use of the 75psi spring in higher volume pumps is not approved by FASS and may void your warranty with FASS. The Silver Fitting in this kit is a Driven Diesel product and is NOT approved by FASS at all. We include it in this kit for customers that are more concerned with getting the maximum performance out of their FASS pump than they are about their warranty from FASS. Use the Silver Fitting at your own risk, read below for details regarding why we include this fitting and what benefits it offers.

This kit includes EVERYTHING you will need to upgrade ANY FASS Titanium or Signature Series High Pressure (55-65psi from FASS) pump to operate at 75psi. It is offered here for use with 7.3L and 6.0L Ford Powerstroke pumps (TF14125G & TSF14140G). The included instructions detail which pieces you need to use for different pump models and situations, you may not use every piece in your installation. If you are running a modified fuel system with a bypass fuel pressure regulator on the engine, this is the kit you need to have constant and stable 65psi fuel pressure in the fuel rails.

This kit will fit higher volume versions of these pumps, but we have not flowed those combinations. Some experimentation may be necessary to ensure that you are not running the pressure too high. In any case, using this kit in a pump that is larger than 140G WILL void you warranty with FASS!

GRAPH NOTE: The ORANGE line in the Flow Comparison Graph represents a FASS TSF14140G pump with the RED FITTING and the SPRING from this kit installed. This was running on our flow bench with a Fuelab Bypass Fuel Pressure Regulator, simulating a common Regulated Return system. Typical of any fuel pump, as you increase the fuel pressure, the flow rate drops some. As you can see, once we reached the point where the regulator in the FASS was cracking, the pressure started dropping at a quicker rate. The GREY line in the Flow Comparison Graph represents the resulting flow increase from using the additional fitting we include in this kit. The PINK shaded area represents the improvement in the 60-70psi range. In a nutshell, if you are running an APPROPRIATELY SIZED* and PROPERLY INSTALLED FASS Titanium or Signature Series pump with the FASS 75psi SPRING (and RED FITTING if appropriate for your pump) from this kit, and you are still seeing pressure drop under throttle, adding the Silver Fitting will take care of your issue.

*APPROPRIATELY SIZED = 250-300cc MAX (7.3L or 6.0L) Injector Size for a TSF14140G (may be dropping pressure with smaller injectors currently)
