Strictly Diesel will accept returns within 30 days of delivery of the product (we won't hold shipping delays against you). Some conditions do apply:

NON-DEFECTIVE ITEMS:
• May be Returned within 30 days of Delivery
• MUST be in NEW / RESALABLE Condition (as determined by Strictly Diesel).
• Customer is responsible for return shipping.
• Shipping Charges ARE NOT Refundable!
• All Returned Items Subject to a 15% Restocking Fee.
• Customer is responsible for any charges required to return item to NEW / RESALABLE condition.
   (or any discount we must offer to sell an item we can't return to NEW / RESALABLE condition)
• Exhaust, Fuel System and Electrical Components May Not Be Returned After Installation

DEFECTIVE ITEMS:
• May be returned within 30 days for replacement.
• Strictly Diesel will pay the return shipping on defective items only.
• After 30 Days, some items may need to be sent to the manufacturer for replacement.

AUTOENGINUITY SOFTWARE / HARDWARE:
Strictly Diesel is not in the business of "Renting" AutoEnginuity ScanTools...if you purchased AutoEnginuity thinking you could use it and then return it, think again. Due to the nature of the AutoEnginuity product, we will only accept returns if the product is UNOPENED. Strictly Diesel and AutoEnginuity are NOT responsible for vehicle issues that prevent the proper function of the AutoEnginuity product. This includes blown fuses, wiring problems, PCM calibration issues, etc.
• Returns of AutoEnginuity are subject to the above NON-DEFFECTIVE ITEMS Return Policies and Fees.
• Opened/Installed AutoEnginuity products will NOT be accepted under any condition.
• Defective Units will be replaced under the warranty terms and conditions set forth by AutoEnginuity.

SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS:
• May ONLY be returned if Defective or Damaged, and ONLY for replacement with like item.
• Refunds will NOT be given on Special Order Items

DELIVERY REFUSALS:
• Any shipments refused by the customer are subject to the NON-DEFFECTIVE ITEMS Return Policies & Fees.
• A 15% Restocking Fee + any Return Shipping Charges billed by UPS will be charged to the customer.

FREE SHIPPING ITEMS:
In addition to our normal restocking fee, any returned item that was originally shipped under a "Free Shipping" program will be assessed a fee equal to the actual shipping charge for the original shipment. UPS does not ship our products for free, we simply choose not to charge our customers for the shipping on some orders as a way of saying "Thank You" for purchasing through Strictly Diesel. Unfortunately, UPS doesn't give us a refund of the shipping if you return the item to us, we still have to pay them for the delivery so we must cover this expense from the refund of the order.
