Strictly Diesel will accept returns WITHIN 30 days of delivery of the product (we won't hold shipping delays against you). Some conditions do apply:
ALL Returns MUST have a Strictly Diesel RMA Number! ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS!
NO Refunds will be given for Orders OLDER THAN 30 DAYS without PRIOR MANAGEMENT APPROVAL!
Customer will be Responsible for any Return Shipping Charges related to Items Returned Without an RMA Number (Refused Deliveries).
ALL Return Shipments MUST be RECEIVED within 15 days of the Issue Date of the RMA Number...NO EXCEPTIONS!
Customer will be Responsible for any Return Shipping Charges related to Returns Arriving Too Late.

NON-DEFECTIVE ITEMS:

• MUST be in NEW / RESALABLE Condition (as determined by Strictly Diesel).

• Exhaust, Fuel System and Electrical Components May Not Be Returned After Installation
DEFECTIVE ITEMS:
• May be returned within 30 days for replacement.
• Strictly Diesel will pay the return shipping on defective items only.
• After 30 Days, some items may need to be sent to the manufacturer for replacement.
SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS:
• May ONLY be returned if Defective or Damaged, and ONLY for replacement with like item.
• Refunds will NOT be given on Special Order Items
DELIVERY REFUSALS:
• Any shipments refused by the customer are subject to the NON-DEFFECTIVE ITEMS Return Policies & Fees.
• A 15% Restocking Fee + any Return Shipping Charges billed by UPS/FedEx will be charged to the customer.
FREE SHIPPING ITEMS:
In addition to our normal restocking fee, any returned item that was originally shipped under a "Free Shipping" program will be assessed a fee equal to the actual shipping charge for the original shipment. UPS/FedEx do not ship our products for free, we simply choose not to charge our customers for the shipping on some orders as a way of saying "Thank You" for purchasing through Strictly Diesel. Unfortunately, UPS doesn't give us a refund of the shipping if you return the item to us, we still have to pay them for the delivery so we must cover this expense from the refund of the order.
