The Driven Diesel " Fuel Bowl Delete" Regulated Return Kit for the 99-03 Powerstroke Super Duty takes our popular "Standard" Regulated Return Kit to a new level. Just like our "Standard" version, this kit eliminates the "dead-head" stock fuel rails and provides adjustable fuel pressure capability to the Powerstroke fuel system. This is accomplished by tying the end of each fuel rail together through a Bypass Fuel Pressure Regulator. In addition, the "Bowl Delete" Regulated Return kit also eliminates the restrictive fuel filter bowl, eliminating common and annoying leaks, improving fuel flow to the heads and giving back some valuable engine valley room.

The primary benefits of this kit are significantly increased fuel flow "through" the heads, eliminating fuel delivery and noise issues associated with "Deadhead Fuel Rails" and ensuring that every fuel injector has adequate fuel quantity and pressure all the time. Additionally, any air that may develop in the fuel system can pass through the heads and out the regulators return port to the tank, instead of through the fuel injectors...resulting in increased injector life and less injector noise. If you are installing new injectors (stock or aftermarket), we HIGHLY RECOMMEND one of our Regulated Return kits to protect your investment and maximize your performance!

If your OEM metal fuel return line along your frame is damaged, rusted or leaking, and you want/need to replace it, see the PRODUCT OPTIONS section for the REPLACEMENT RETURN HOSE upgrade. This upgrade will provide you with enough 5/16" fuel line to run a fresh connection from the bottom of our fuel pressure regulator all the way back to your fuel tank.

Check out our High Flow Banjo Bolt Kits, they are a breeze to put in when you already have the truck apart for a Regulated Return installation.

A mini tubing cutter is needed for this installation. If you don't have one, we have added one to the product options.

If using a STOCK FUEL PUMP and STOCK or Stage 1/1.5 Injectors, you will need one of our "Pre/Post Fuel Filter Kits" (Click HERE).

If running Stage 2 or Larger Injectors, you will need one of our "High Performance Fuel Pump Kits" (Click HERE).

If using a high pressure FASS or AIRDOG II/4G, you will need our "FASS / AirDog Install Kit" (Click HERE).

Excellent product. I have 390k Miles on my 01’ Platinum F250 with basically only a Banks intake system upgrade. I would give the product a higher rating but had too many leaks using the loctite on post pump filter. Teflon worked perfect and should be included in the kit for that portion if using a stock pump. The kit directions were excellent, couldn’t ask for much better. Installation took me about 12 hours only cause I had to remove, reseal and reinstall post filter...perfect now and placement perfect. Installation was fairly easy only tight spots around tubo and down pipes require some patience. Results, I installed the banjo bolts too and that was most difficult in the rear but the square socket did the trick. My truck did not sound quieter but I could feel an improved throttle response. Once I got all bonjo bolts installed, it took a few days, the engine felt smother than ever. The room to work and clean up in the valley is amazing; especially since I need to replace a weakening HPOP. I would do this again, hands down. Great product and even greater technical support from Strictly Diesel. I like these guys so much I drove from Texas to AZ to work with them as I visited family. They are my go-to shop for all things diesel. The staff and owners are true professionals!

Great kit, clean install! I bought this kit because my fuel bowl had a small crack by the outlet fittings. The truck has a long life ahead with only 140K so I never want to deal with a fuel bowl issue again. I am also impressed with the high quality of the components in the kit. Everyone advertises quality, Driven and Strictly live by it.

I bought this kit and the post and pre pump filter kits for a 2001 f250. All of the kits came with easy to follow directions. All of the parts were included. Veary easy to install. The only parts i had to get was fuel hose for the return line because i deleted all of the factory fuel lines. After installing these kits i noticed better performance, faster starts and less noise from the injectors. After installing this on my truck i bought the same kits for my dad 99 f250. If you have a 7.3 this is the only way to go to extend the life of the fuel system.

I installed the fuel bowl delete system on my 02 F250 7.3. This was the best investment I have made for this truck. The performance is immediately noticeable and best of all NO MORE FUEL BOWL LEAKS!
