This Transmission filter fits 4R100 / E40D transmissions with the 4x4 pan.  E40D trucks used different pans and filters in 4x2 and 4x4 applications.  All 1999 and newer 4R100 Diesel trucks used the 4x4 pan and filter.  Most aftermarket deep sump pans use this 4x4 style filter as well.
