The sale of aftermarket automotive products (that are not direct OEM replacement items) into the state of California (and other states that follow CA/CARB guidelines) requires a specific "Per Part Number" exemption from the California Air Resources Board (CARB). In order to pass the required vehicle emissions inspection, proof (in the form of a CARB exemption decal) that any installed aftermarket products have been reviewed by CARB and found to not be in violation of CA emissions laws must be present. If you have purchased a Driven Diesel product that currently has a CARB Exemption, based on the product part number, vehicle year/make/model and the list at the bottom of this page, you may use the PDF link below to request a replacement CARB EO Decal.

PLEASE NOTE : The state of California does not take emissions violations lightly, which includes the distribution of EO Decals. As such, your request MUST contain ALL required information, photos, scans, etc...or it will not be processed. All of the information provided for a decal request will be retained indefinitely. All CARB EO Decals will be sent via FedEx 2-Day Air (for a flat charge of $10), which provides us with tracking and delivery details for the EO Decal (no exceptions).
