If you need to return an item to Strictly Diesel, you will need to obtain an RMA number. ALL product returns MUST have an RMA number. Items returned without an RMA number will NOT receive a refund and may be returned to the sender at the senders expense. Once an RMA Number is issued, it will be emailed to you. Please properly repackage the item(s), write the RMA Number on the outside of the package and return it to us using a shipping method that offers BOTH TRACKING AND INSURANCE. We recommend the use of UPS or FedEx, as we have had customers experience package loss when using USPS and we do not feel that "USPS Delivery Confirmation" offers the same level of "package tracking" as the services from UPS or FedEx.

To be perfectly clear, please insure the package for an amount appropriate to the value of the item(s) being returned, Strictly Diesel is NOT responsible for lost shipments, packages damaged in transit, etc. If your return is lost or damaged and you did not use a shipping method with tracking, and/or did not properly insure the package, there is nothing we can do about it.
