I understand that I MUST already have a Driven Diesel Fuel Tank/Pre-Pump ("Hutch Mod") Kit (V4 with a BILLET Filter Head) in order for this Upgrade Kit to work properly in my vehicle.
This kit converts your current Driven Diesel "HUTCH MOD" kit (click HERE) into the more current and more complete Driven Diesel Pre/Post Fuel Filter Kit that we refer to as the "HUTCH MOD+" (click HERE). There is no need to drop the fuel tank again, this upgrade utilizes the mods you've already made and the current fuel supply hose from your fuel tank to your current pre-filter. Your existing pre-filter and fuel pump are relocated to the new Dual-Filter bracket and the necessary post-filter is added so that you can safely run a Bowl Delete Regulated Return on the engine.
The instructions provided for this kit are the same as those provided for the full PRE/POST HUTCH MOD+ (OEM) kit. You will simply skip the fuel tank modifications and some of the hardware (like the billet filter head already mounted to your truck) will come from your current installation. We are working on getting an upgrade specific set of instructions done, but don't currently have an ETA.
