THIS MEANS THAT WE ARE NOT INCLUDING THE TANK CONNECTION (5/8" PICKUP, SUMP, ETC), AND THAT WE HAVE INSTEAD DONE EVERYTHING WE CAN TO MAKE THIS KIT COMPATIBLE WITH EVERY KNOWN TANK CONNECTION OPTION AVAILABLE ON THE MARKET. This DRIVEN DIESEL HIGH VOLUME FUEL DELIVERY KIT for 1999-2007 Ford 7.3L & 6.0L Super Duty Trucks was designed to support everything from high performance street builds to moderate race builds. Built around the Bosch Motorsports "200" fuel pump, this kit will ensure that you have plenty of fuel flow and pressure for up to 300cc injectors with hottest programs available. Coupled with our newly revised Compact Fuel Pump & Filter Mount and Killer Billet Filter Heads, this kit provides everything you need to feed your high performance 7.3L Powerstroke truck.

This kit was designed to mount INSIDE the frame rail, forward of the stock fuel tank. The fully assembled pump bracket requires about 13-15" of straight frame space to allow for the inlet and outlet hoses to route cleanly. If you have a short wheelbase truck or you have other equipment already mounted in the area forward of the fuel tank, you will need to plan on installing the kit on the OUTSIDE of the frame rail. In these cases, care will need to be taken with regard to the parking brake cable and fuel line routing. All of the pictures in the instructions show a system plumbed for INSIDE the frame mounting, but we have tested and confirmed that it will fit outside the frame as well.

* 99-03 7.3L & 03-07 6.0L STOCK FUEL FILTER BOWL NOTE : This kit was designed to work with our very popular 7.3L & 6.0L "Fuel Bowl Delete" Regulated Return Kits. As such, it DOES NOT INCLUDE the proper fittings to supply fuel to the factory fuel filter bowl. While is is possible to use this kit with the factory fuel filter bowl, it is not recommend because the OEM fuel pressure regulator isn't designed to handle the higher volume of fuel supplied by this product.
