Bosch Motorsports "200" Fuel Pump

The Bosch Motorsports "200" fuel pump is the upgrade/replacement for the Legendary Bosch "044" pump. Used by the Tuner/Performance crowd worldwide, the "044" was a staple in countless forms of automotive competition and hot street builds. Unfortunately, the overseas counterfeit parts machine forced Bosch to make updates to many of their products and product packaging, and the "044" was one of the casualties.

While we never offered the original "044" pumps in our Fuel Delivery Kits, it was only because Bosch didn't rate them for use with Diesel Fuel, so we couldn't honor any kind of warranty. Bosch has added Diesel as a rated fuel on the new "200" pumps, so we brought one in and tested it on our flow bench, allowing us to build it into our High Volume Fuel Delivery Kits and know exactly how much injector it would support.

The new "200" pump from Bosch Motorsports weighs about 15% less and flows about 15% more than the pump it is replacing. These pumps are extremely durable, extremely quiet and support up to a 300cc fuel injector in a 7.3L or 6.0L Powerstroke application.

The package contains some components to make this pump a DIRECT REPLACEMENT for an old "044" pump. The black plastic sleeve, inlet adapter and outlet check valve are NOT required in new custom applications.
