This set of (8) 175/30% single shot injectors are a serious upgrade. This injector flows 175mm^3 of fuel, while requiring no more high pressure oil to empty than a stock 'AD' injector. The nozzle on this injector starts out as a brand new, 7 hole Powerstroke nozzle, which has been modified to deliver approximately 30% more fuel (per unit of time) over a stock nozzle. Though the nozzle is larger than stock, it is still quite streetable. We consider this injector to be a good step for the customer who has already (or is planning to) installed an upgraded "drop-in" turbocharger (like the Garrett GTP38R).  With proper supporting modifications, these injectors are capable of 400hp, and with appropriate programming they will do very well in a towing application.  All Swamps Diesel injectors are disassembled, machined, blueprinted, cleaned, tested, assembled & flow matched to insure proper function.

94-97 Owners - Use of 200/30% Hybrid injectors over these is highly recommended. Using these injectors in a 94-97 truck will require high pressure oil pump upgrades that the Hybrid injectors don't need.

99-03 Owners - "Off the shelf" programmers, and "generic" chips will not work with this injector. Custom Programming is required and is available through our line of DP-Tuner products. For "mild" to "moderate" builds where maximum HP is not the concern, the stock turbo and fuel pump will be adequate. Aggressive tuning and driving will quickly demonstrate the shortcomings of the stock fuel system, high pressure oil pump and turbocharger. A Regulated Return Fuel System is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! High pressure oil system upgrades can be avoided by using 200/30% Hybrid injectors instead of these. The Garrett GTP38R turbocharger is a great match for these injectors!

Some "California" 96-97 Trucks and 96-98 Vans will have "Split Shot" injectors. These 175/146 injectors are "Single Shot" and will require Custom Programming in order to be used in a vehicle that originally had "Split Shot" injectors.

These injectors include Brand New Nozzle Assemblies and Internal and External O-rings.

**5 year / 200,000 Mile Warranty **

The Swamps Diesel core policy requires that the same number of injectors be returned as were originally purchased. Cores MUST be returned following the Swamps Diesel shipping guidelines. Injector cores with broken nozzles or electrical solenoids due to not following proper shipping procedures will not be accepted as cores. Injectors with signs of damage from water or veggie oil use will not be accepted as cores. Core refunds will not be given until the cores have been received and inspected by Swamps Diesel.

NOTE: A refundable core charge of $1200.00 will be automatically added when purchasing this product. You can also pre-purchase a GROUND return shipping label for sending your cores back for $25.00. If you are outside of the "Lower 48 States" or outside of the U.S. entirely, please do not select the return label option.

Turned the old ford from a slow snail to an Ox. Pullin a 31foot vnose with a weight of about 10k pounds and still got the power to pass those pesky people on 2 lane roads
