Description

THIS PRODUCT CAN NOT BE SHIPPED TO CALIFORNIA!

This kit, which includes either (2) or (4) Brand New Driven Diesel T-303 Stainless Steel High Flow Banjo Bolts as well as new copper crush washers, replaces the stock restrictive banjo bolts in your 6.0L Powerstroke Diesel. The larger passages through the Driven Diesel 6.0L banjo bolts will reduce restriction and increase flow to the fuel rails, resulting in less turbulence in the fuel and improved support for larger injectors or other horsepower modifications.

Driven Diesel High Flow Banjo Bolt Features:
• Custom Machined Stainless Steel Construction
• Significantly Larger / Chamfered Side Passages
• Larger Center Passage (compared to standard 12mm fittings)
• Undercut at the Base for Maximum Fuel Flow
• Includes New Copper Sealing Washers
• Full Color Installation Instructions

NOTE: These Banjo Bolts ARE INCLUDED in our full 6.0L Regulated Returk Kit. If you are ordering our complete Regulated Return Kit, you DO NOT need to order these separately!

I purchased this product (2 bolts required for stock 2005 6.0 PSD) and had my local Ford dealer install them when they were doing my head bolts and gaskets. They are significantly superior to the stock bolts. After seriously considering the goals I have for my truck (longevity and reliability being at the top), I decided later to go with a Driven Diesel regulated return fuel kit - which includes and requires 4 of these banjo bolts and 8 copper washers. My dealer said they had not installed a regulated return kit before, but took a look at the instructions and said they could do it in 4-6 hours at a discounted rate of $75 per hour. I then determined to do it myself. This is rated as a "difficult" install - to which I would definitely agree unless the engine was pulled ;-) Because I had 2 new banjo bolts and 4 copper washers to begin with and a full set of 4 bolts and 8 washers came in the kit, I had some extras. The extra washers came in handy, as they are often difficult to place and I admit I lost one or two of them. Though the regulated return install took me more than 6 hours (would be easier without a second alternator or with the engine pulled), I am glad I did it myself. After seeing everything myself and putting my own hands on it, there is no denying that this is the way the truck should have come from the factory. This is truly one of those upgrades that makes me smile on the inside. It's not anything flashy. It won't draw any attention as you drive down the road, but I believe it will allow you to drive down the road further, more reliably and with lower repair costs than the guy next to you.
